Texas A&M’s 2026 wide receiver haul includes one of the more underrated prospects in the cycle, who happens to be an Aggie legacy. Former standout linebacker Reggie Brown, who was a first-round selection by the Detroit Lions in the 1996 NFL Draft, now spends a bulk of his time watching his son, 2026 four-star wide receiver and Texas A&M commit Mike brown, shine on the gridiron.
Paired with four-star wide receivers Aaron Gregory and Madden Williams, Texas A&M’s future wide receiver rotation looks borderline elite on paper, knowing that the current 2025 corps features KC Concepcion, Mario Craver, Terry Bussey, and Ashton Bethel-Roman, who could all realistically return in 2026, while Concepcion is likely the only player that could depart for the NFL Draft.
While Gregory and Williams have already made eye-popping catches during the start of their senior seasons, Brown jumped off the page during Friday’s matchup between Houston Legacy and Port Arthur Memorial, where his future teammate, 2026 4-star LB and Aggie commit Tank King, plays.
The standout pass catcher made a man miss and bolted towards the end zone for a 61-yard touchdown, which was his second touchdown in the first half.
Mike Brown is already a polished route runner, and as you can see, his speed and quickness have also improved during his final high school season before making his way to College Station. It’s hard to think of a former Texas A&M legacy with so much potential at the next level.
According to 247Sports, Brown is currently positioned as the 83rd-ranked wide receiver prospect in the 2026 cycle and the 67th-ranked prospect in Texas.
