The Kansas City Chiefs are just minutes away from earning their first win of the season against the New York Giants on ‘Sunday Night Football.’
After a low-scoring first half, the Chiefs’ offense turned things around in the third and fourth quarters.
Not long after scoring a touchdown to start the second half of Sunday’s game, wide receiver Tyquan Thornton set Kansas City up for an easy scoring opportunity in the fourth quarter.
On a nine-play, 77-yard drive that included a 33-yard reception from the veteran wide receiver, running back Kareem Hunt found the end zone for the Chiefs’ second touchdown of the game.

If Kansas City’s offense can continue to perform in the waning minutes, the Chiefs will be able to head back to Western Missouri with their first win of the season and break their two-game losing streak.
