Ivanildo Kembel and Quike Navarro filming for their latest video.
On a sun-soaked beach in Marbella, Quike Navarro will be filming the final scenes for his latest video with singer Ivanildo Kembel to accompany the latest single, Borracho, set for release soon.
The track, inspired in summer 2020, reimagines the traditional Italian Bella Ciao sound with a Spanish-English twist. Navarro, a Yamaha-endorsed violinist, chose to collaborate with Ivanildo Kembel, known from The Voice of Holland and Deutschland Sucht den Superstar, bringing to the project his soulful tones.
Navarro’s electric violin and laser bow promise a visually stunning video, matching the song’s lively vibe. A world-class house violinist, Navarro honed his jazz and improvisation skills at the University of Southern Mississippi after earning a master’s in Spain. His performances have electrified audiences across three continents, from London’s top clubs to venues in Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, and Spain.
For the Marbella shoot, starting at 7pm, Navarro and Kembel have invited fans to join the fun (by sending them a message on social media), with some potentially appearing in the video. Navarro and Kembel, no strangers to performing at special events and international venues, encourage followers to track updates on Instagram and Facebook for the release date. Known for his boundless energy, Navarro’s Borracho video is set to be a celebration of music and the upcoming summer.
