Raucous rockers Sangria Furlo are playing a late one at the New Eagle Pass on Saturday, March 22 into Sunday in the wee small hours.
Experience a wild punk rock and indie music party from Mijas’ own Sangria Furlo as they unleash their rock storm and ignite the Costa del Sol. Formed in 2022, this eclectic crew fuses punk’s raw edge, indie’s swagger, grunge’s grit, hard rock’s punch, and power pop’s hooks into what they call ‘a retro-futuristic, combative, melodic, dark, and downright cheeky sound.’
Hailing from Ireland, England, Sweden, and Ukraine, this multinational quartet released their debut album, Trans European Metal Disco, earlier this year – a bold, original collection that’s as diverse as their roots. Each track pulses with their unique DNA, blending nostalgia with a fierce, forward-looking edge.
Picture mid-1970s, when a subcultural uprising rewrote the rules of modern music on both sides of the Atlantic. Sangria Furlo promises to resurrect that revolutionary spirit, delivering a night of electric riffs, haunting melodies, and infectious energy that’ll leave you buzzing.
They will be on stage twice: once at 1am, and then later at 4am. New Eagle Pass is on Calle Martínez Catena, 37, Fuengirola. Free entry.
